Simple Beautiful Salad Recipe
In a bowl place your greens of choice arugula, spinach, kale, swiss chard, watercress, romaine are great and any combination works fine so don’t worry about which green to use! Also this is a great way to use up greens you have in the fridge.
Add in layers of fresh veggies, fresh fruit, nuts & seeds, be creative, think of this like a painter’s palette or a collage, gather ingredients from your pantry and go for it!! You will soon start to create your own yummy healthy beautiful salads!
Sprinkle with sea vegetables, Nori and Dulse are great one’s to start with if you are not familiar with sea vegetables they are easy to keep in a packet in your pantry.
Add avocado, olive oil and lemon juice and massage into salad this helps rehydrate the sea vegetables, break down the leafy greens, and gives you beautiful healthy fats and oil.
